At AutoBids, we’re committed to ensuring your engine or vehicle arrives safely, securely, and on time. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our shipping and delivery process.

Delivery Options

• Freight Shipping: Used engines and vehicles are shipped via insured freight carriers to commercial or residential addresses.
• Local Pickup: Available at select seller or warehouse locations. We will provide address and pickup instructions after purchase.

Shipping Timeframes

• Order processing: 1–3 business days
• Average delivery: 7–14 business days depending on location and freight carrier availability
• Remote or rural areas may take longer

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on weight, dimensions, distance, and delivery method. Estimated shipping fees are shown at checkout.

Receiving Freight Shipments

• Buyers must be present to inspect and sign for delivery.
• Any signs of damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours.
• If a liftgate is required for delivery, please notify us in advance (additional fees may apply).

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or inventory location. We will notify you promptly if any delay is expected.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your item has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@autobidseller.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to track and resolve the issue.
